General Policies

RESERVATIONS: Cabins, campsites, and RV sites are by reservation only and must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to your first night’s charge for each accommodation. Stays of 5 nights or more require a deposit equal to two night’s charges. Deposits will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.

Cancellation, early departure and no-shows are non-refundable. All payments received will be forfeited.

Check In Time: After 1:00 PM daily

Check Out Time: 11:00 AM

NO SMOKING: All Simple Life cabins and indoor facilities are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to your credit card if there is any smoking in your cabin.

PETS: No pets over 20 lbs. are allowed in any rooms or cabins. Pets are allowed in RV Sites & Tent Camping – Pets must be kept on a leash and walked in designated areas. Please do not leave your pet unattended and do pick up after them. If your pet barks excessively and disturbs other guests you may be asked to leave. Tent Camping – Pets cannot be left alone onsite when you are off premises
