 recommends I visited NC as part of a hiking trip with a friend, and we came across Simple Life from a quick Google. We absolutely loved our stay - we initially only intended to stay for a night before moving on, but the great price, facilities and wonderful Alan meant we stayed for 3 nights instead!  recommends I can’t say enough about this beautiful hidden jem in the mountains with an owner just as great! Allan was absolutely the best , it was our wedding night no vacancy in sight I was searching found my saving Angel in Allen he welcomed me and my husband in the middle of the night as tho he knew we were coming , he was so welcoming so kind and caring . He got to know him some during our stay and he is a real true great person and the cabins are so cute and cozy , place is so peaceful and breathtaking beautiful flawless price of nature at Simple Life a great get away! He turn my distressed honeymoon into the best I could have ever hope for it was perfect he saved us and I will forever greatful for a perfect place to visit on our anniversaries.  recommends I wish I could give this place a 10 star review. Best spot to camp and stay hands down.  Allen the owner was so amazing and kind. He really cares about his guests. The cabins were perfect. The setup is extremely motorcycle friendly. It’s close to everything you need. We will 100% return here when we come to NC. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  recommends This is my 4th stay here. 1st was in 2017 with my wife, then twice with our Memorial Day group, and this trip with my son, his 1st motorcycle road trip out of Ky. I recommend this place to everyone I hear that’s coming this way. Even got a guy and his son to stay here after he’d been coming here before the Dragon blew up on the internet. Just the level of hospitality alone makes every penny and mile worth it. Clean beds, hot showers, covered bike parking. What more could you want? And a weekend stay for less than the cost of one nights stay in a hotel.

  Needed a reasonable priced place to stay near tail of the dragon. This was it! Allen was great and very helpful, room was clean and just what i wanted for 1 person.  he had bigger rooms for multiple guests but i just needed a comfy bed to sleep in as i didn't want to pack a tent and sleeping bag. Its only 4 minutes to the town of Robbinsville and theres everything you need there. About a half hour of beautiful roads to the tail of the dragon and central to lots of other curvy roads. This place is a hidden jem and i will definitely be back.

  We stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved every second of it! We stay here every time we come to visit and always have the best experience. The owners are wonderful and so incredibly nice! We loved seeing the upgrades they’ve made since our last stay. They added TVs and fans to the cabins, which was such a nice touch and made our stay even better. It’s really nice to see that they continue putting money back into the cabins and making the place better each time we visit. It’s also super close to town, which makes the location perfect. We seriously love it here and will continue coming back every time we’re in the area!

 Verified The Simple Life will exceed your expectations! I've been coming to Simple Life for over 7 years now and every time is been the best experience. Perfect place to stay in the area. The Wolf cabin is perfect for a solo rider and great upgrades to the cabin, even fresh flowers right by the bed. Cabins are super clean and very quiet and peaceful. Excellent hosts.  Verified An exceptional mountain stay Amazing time. We stayed in the Big dawg 6 person cabin. Personal bathroom, kitchen, and grill. One of the best views in Fontana for the best price. Been coming for 10 years now and don't plan on stopping. The owner is always accommodating and will work hard to help you further enjoy your stay. He also wants to grow a friendship with all his customers, and you won't get that at a hotel or resort.
