Simple Life Campground with Cabins Rules and Policies


  • Tent, Cabins ,and RV’s spaces that have been reserved, are considered confirmed only when card
    information has been received.
  • Rates do not include tax. Tax will be added at time of payment.
  • Credit card number or a check is required to hold reservations.
  • Please, all buildings are NON SMOKING. A cleaning fee WILL APPLY if a cabin is smoked in.
  • Pets are welcome, but must remain on a leash at all times per county ordinances. Only Small (under 20 lbs.) pets are welcome in cabins and must be crated if left unattended. Please be courteous and clean after them to help keep costs low. A $100 pet deposit will be charged at the time of check-in and returned if the cabin is left in good order and does not have any pet damage.
  • Our facilities are seasonal, open March through November.


  • Reservations guaranteed with deposit equal to first nights charge, per cabin, or RV site, or Tent site.
  • Stays of 5 or more nights require deposit equal to first two nights charge. Deposit charged¬†at time of reservation.
  • 30 day cancellation policy with 20.00 cancellation fee per reservation. This means if you give us 30 days or more notice, we will give you a refund minus 20.00 for each reservation cancelled. Cancellations less than 30 days will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.
  • No show, no call entire reservation charged.
  • No refunds for early departure.
  • Check in 1pm. Check out 11am


  • Visa, and MasterCard are accepted for reservations. If you pay Cash, we offer a discount of 2%.
  • Rates and policies subject to change, but you will be notified.
  • ¬†All group events must be scheduled through the campsite’s management.
  • Campground is not responsible for unsafe acts by guests and acts of God.
  • Campground is not responsible for items left unattended.
